Our products are made from safe, renewable wood-based materials, sourced from sustainably managed forests. From raw material sourcing to final packaging, every step of production is completed in-house—allowing us to maintain strict quality control throughout the process.
Through extensive testing, we’ve found that gray board from Southeast Asia and blue board from Europe perform exceptionally well for puzzle manufacturing. These materials offer excellent thickness, flatness, interlocking precision, and reduced paper dust—ensuring a high-quality finished product.
